1. Who we are

Aurvisory Ltd (“Aurvisory”, “we”, “us”) is a strategic management and advisory company registered in England and Wales under company number 17240768. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

Aurvisory Ltd is the data controller of the personal information collected through this website. If you have any question about this policy or about how your information is handled, contact us at enquiries@aurvisory.com.

2. The information we collect

We collect personal information only where it is needed, and only through the following channels:

  • Enquiry form. When you submit an enquiry we collect your full name, organisation, position (optional), business email address, the area of interest you select and the description of your enquiry.
  • Insights subscription. When you subscribe to our insights we collect your email address.
  • Correspondence. If you contact us by email we hold the correspondence and your contact details.
  • Technical data and cookies. Essential cookies required to operate the website, and — only with your consent — analytics data about how the website is used. See our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your information and our lawful bases

  • To respond to your enquiry and take steps you request before entering into an engagement — on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating our business and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to a contract.
  • To send you selected insights where you have subscribed — on the basis of your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time, and every email we send includes a way to do so.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve its performance — on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner.
  • To comply with legal obligations that apply to us as a UK company.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share information with

Your information is shared only with service providers who support the operation of this website and our business — such as our website hosting and email providers — under arrangements that protect your information, and with professional advisers or authorities where we are required or permitted to do so by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we ensure an adequate level of protection, for example through UK adequacy regulations or the use of appropriate contractual safeguards.

6. How long we keep your information

  • Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless an engagement follows, in which case information is retained in line with our professional and legal record-keeping obligations.
  • Subscription details are retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Cookie consent choices are stored for 12 months, after which you will be asked again.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete incomplete information;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • restrict or object to our processing of your information;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact enquiries@aurvisory.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and we limit access to those who need it to carry out their role.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
